Quality

The Quality Department ensures top-level performance standards through a process of both general and customized inspections. The main tests carried out entirely in-house include: 3D dimensional inspection, ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle inspection, endoscopic inspection, dye penetrant testing, and machining simulations.

The in-house laboratory guarantees constant monitoring of the entire production process through chemical analyses performed with a spectrometer, micrographic analyses of the metallurgical structure, and the use of advanced software systems such as ITACA for automatic pouring control.
