The Belloi & Romagnoli horizontal molding line, with flask dimensions of 1050x950x350+350, guarantees a production capacity of up to 120 molds per hour. The molding line enables the production of castings up to 220 kg in medium and large production runs In addition, the automatic pattern change system and the robotic drilling unit ensure maximum production flexibility, with up to 25 pattern changes per day.

The melting department is equipped with three 12-ton Otto Junker medium-frequency electric furnaces and one 4-ton CIME pouring furnace. Molten iron transfer is fully automated and safely carried out on rail systems without operator involvement, ensuring process efficiency and continuity. A 2.6 MW photovoltaic system covers approximately 30% of the plant’s energy demand, reducing environmental impact and optimizing energy consumption.

The shot blasting department is equipped with an automatic DISA shot blasting machine and two CLANSMAN DYNAMICS robotic manipulators, ensuring optimal material flow management and maximum safety throughout the department.
