Core shop department
We use Cold Box and Shell Moulding technologies with automated and controlled processes.
In-House Core Production
The in-house core shop produces 100% of the cores used for the castings manufactured by the company. It is equipped with Cold Box core-making systems with capacities of 12, 25, 40, and 100 liters. Shell moulding cores are also produced. Fully automated coating tanks ensure optimal control of the coating process used for the cores.
